The latest capital infusion follows a string of recent successes at the Hawthorne, California-based company. It is also SpaceX鈥檚 largest-ever funding and brings its total raised to date to $5.4 billion, according to SA国际传媒 data.

The company has not disclosed who the investors are in its latest round, which was by .听

The latest round brings SpaceX鈥檚 equity value to $46 billion, Bloomberg reported. That ranks SpaceX among the U.S.鈥� most valuable venture-backed companies, according to SA国际传媒 data.听

It鈥檚 not clear who all of the investors are in the funding, although Bloomberg reported that existing investor is among the largest participants. Fidelity declined to comment to the publication.
