Bumble eyes IPO at valuation up to $8B

The company is said to be working with and for a possible IPO, which could list as early as the first quarter of 2021, Bloomberg reports. It is likely to seek a valuation of between $6 billion and $8 billion.

Austin-based Bumble was founded in 2014 by , formerly co-founder of the dating app . Last year, private equity firm bought a in the app’s parent company,, at a valuation of around $3 billion.
